Transformers are what gets this kid through the long day of the Bridal Fair.

A bride fair booth, they like polka dots.

This guy got bored during the Redbirds game, so he came outside to sleep until the postgame Hawk Nelson concert.

Hawk Nelson and Capital Lights performed after the game for hundreds of screaming preteens.

Today I officially shot my first wedding while in Memphis. In Walmart. The Bride entered a raffle , but read the paper wrong. She thought she was entering to win a gift basket. Well she won, she got the gift basket, and what she didn’t know was that with it came a free wedding in the Lawn and Garden department of Wally World.  And before she knew it, there she was standing, on her special day, shedding tears next to lawn mowers and fertilizer.

Every two weeks Mud Island lets people rent out tee pee like tents, play around on the island until dark, listen to a guitarist by a campfire, and fall asleep watching the Mississippi River go by.

Aside from a being pooped on by a bird and laying down in a bed of fire ants, the whole experience was pretty fun.
